Deep clean the apartment and change the locks.

It is up to you! You can let us know your preference!

You can place a work order through your Rent Café account

5. How can I contact emergency maintenance?

Call the office number, and if it is after business hours, choose the emergency maintenance line.

6. What happens if I am locked out?

During business hours, call the front office to have a leasing agent unlock your apartment home for no additional cost. After business hours, call A1 Security shop (309-833-5965).
