Maintenance  
What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in? We deep clean the carpet, change the locks, paint, and change the flooring if necessary! 
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work? It is up to you! You can let us know your preference! 
Do you have on-site maintenance? Yes! We have a part-time on-site maintenance supervisor.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help? You may place a work order via Rent Cafe or by filling out a request at the lobby table in the Leasing Office.
How can I contact emergency maintenance? Call the emergency number at 217-413-7042.
What happens if I am locked out? If you are locked out during office hours, you may call the front office for a leasing agent to unlock your apartment for a $50 fee. After hours, you will need to contact a local locksmith ad hoc.

What amenities does the property offer? All of your trash, sewage, and water bills are included already in your rent cost! The apartment community offers a library, a fitness center, a beauty shop, a laundry room on each floor, an intercom system, balconies, patios, storage lockers, emergency pull cords, intercom entry, a community room, and a central elevator! 
During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use? We do not offer a swimming pool.
Is there an on-site dog park? We do not offer an on-site dog park.
Is your community pet friendly? Yes, with a requirement of 25 lbs or lighter.
Which appliances come standard? A stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
Do you offer furnished apartments? No
Do you work with any furniture rental companies? No

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? Yes, proof of renter's insurance is required with a minimum coverage of $100,000 for your apartment home.
If my situation changes can I get out of my lease? Yes, we require a 60-day notice and the buy-out fee to be paid
