What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?   To prepare a home, we deep clean, change the locks, paint, and shampoo or replace the carpet.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform any work?   It is up to you! You can let us know your preference! 
Do you have on-site maintenance?   Yes
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?   You can place a work order through your Rent Café account.
How can I contact emergency maintenance?   Call the office number. 
What happens if I am locked out?   Call the front office to unlock your apartment home for a $50 fee if you are locked out during office hours. If you are locked out after hours, call a local 24-hour locksmith.
Is parking available?   Yes
Do you offer furnished apartments?   No
Do you work with any furniture rental companies?   No
How long does it take for an application to be approved?   72-hours
What are my options for paying my rent?   WIPS or Rent Café 
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?   Yes. We require proof of insurance coverage for your apartment home of a minimum of $100,000.
If my situation changes, can I get out of my lease?   Yes, we require a 60-day notice and a buyout fee to be paid.
